The Dallas Police Investigating a new accuser who says R. Kelly gave her a STD. R. Kelly is facing new accusation of sexual misconduct. The victim, whose name was not revealed, says R. Kelly infected her with a STD during their eight month relationship that started when she was 19 years old. She has filed a police report in Dallas. The Dallas PD confirms that they are investigating the complaint.
