TMZ is reporting that Joe Jackson in the hospital with terminal cancer. His wife Katherine and family has been at his bedside. A family source says the 89 year old Jackson has been battling the illness for some time, but it is at the end stages. The doctors have talked to the family but sources say the cancer cannot be treated. They don’t know how much time Joe has left.
