TLC’s Chilli posted a message about her soulmate and she tagged Usher. Social media is loving it! The two dated from 2001 to 2003 and the rumor was they split up over Usher cheating. Usher’s 2004 hit ‘Confession’ album was rumored to be about him cheating on Chilli. But regardless Chilli is suggesting that they are still soulmates.
