Under the terms of his bail, the “Empire” actor has to give up his passport plus post 10% of his total bail to be released from custody. In essence, he can post $10K to get released but he also is subject to pre-trial monitoring, which means he most likely will be on the watch!
Chicago police held a press conference on Thursday to announce the new findings and direction of the case. They say the plan all started with a text message saying, “Might Need Your Help On The Low”.
Of course Donald Trump wasted NO TIME chiming in on Twitter with his comments about the damage his accusations had on MAGA and the others he insulted!
In addition to facing a felony charge, he will most likely have to pay back THOUSANDS in restitution as well!
