According to TMZ, John Singleton’s family and his girlfriend are already battling over his estate and it’s only been barely three days since his death. John’s mother, daughter, his girlfriend who is the mother his 1 year son, plus his estrange father all want control of his estate. As far as we know, John didn’t have a will and now everyone wants to control of his estate. So what have we learned from this again, HAVE A WILL!
