This one really breaks my heart!  You recall the story of Sandra Bland.  The black woman who was found dead in her jail cell in Texas after a simple traffic stop.  Well, looks like Bland herself recorded her own arrest video that was never turned over for evidence!

Bland’s arrest and death sparked controversy in 2015.  Now this  never-before-seen video has now surfaced via WFAA.

Until this never before seen video appeared, the only account of the instance was recorded via dash cam.
