The abortion ban has reached Missouri and they have decided to ban abortions even for rape victims. During a debate about this issue former police lieutenant Barry Hovis said most rapes he worked on were “consensual rapes.” He obviously doesn’t know the meaning of rape. There is literally no such thing as a “consensual rape.”
