Terrence Howard’s Ex-Wife Wants Her Money

Terrence Howard‘s ex-wife is tired of waiting around for him to settle his tax issues so she can get paid. Michelle Howard has had enough of his attempts to delay her case against him. She asking the court to move forward so she can collect on the millions she is owed. Michelle is Terrence’s second wife and the two were married from 2010-2013. She is trying to collect on a settlement the two sides agreed to back in 2013.
Terrence is under criminal investigation for tax evasion and believes he can’t give testimony in his ex-wife case against him. Michelle argues that there is no legitimate reason for Terrence “to receive a stay or continuance from the Court due to an ongoing criminal investigation.” The two sides are due in court again later this month.
