Mr. T is suing a pot company because they are promoting a strain of weed called ‘Mr. Tusk’ and their logo “Mrt” looks a lot like his name. He thinks people will think he’s affiliated with them. Mr. T is suing for trademark infringement and for the company to stop using the “Mrt” name. But Leafly is not backing down and in a statement the company says “We pity the absurdity of this claim.”
