Sorry LeBron James, we kind of felt this one was never gonna happen. The U .S Patent & Trademark office has refused @KingJames’ trademark application for the phase “Taco Tuesday.” After examining phase “Taco Tuesday,” attorney found that phrase was to “commonplace message” and can’t be protected as a trademark. So now it looks like LeBron will get to keep having fun with the phase at home like the rest of us.
