Janelle Monae & Gabourey Sidibe To Star In Jordan Peele Horror

Janelle Monae and Gabourey Sidibe are starring in Jordan Peele‘s upcoming horror flick ‘Antebellum‘. From the teaser, we see that the story will be told in the past and in the present.  Janelle’s character is being transported back to the days of American slavery life to present day. She is shown working on a farm in what looks to be the antebellum South, but she’s also seen in the present sporting a fabulous outfit while out drinking with a group of friends (which includes Empire actress Gabourey Sidibe!). ‘Antebellum‘ is scheduled for theatrical release in Spring 2020.
