Faith Evans condemns Lifetime documentary about her relationship with Notorious BIG. The forthcoming docu-seriers ‘Hopelessly in Love’ tells the story about her relationship with Biggie, who was killed in a drive-by shooting in 1997. Faith says, she had been told the docu-seriers would be a “positive piece” as opposed to a programmed dredging up all the “sensationalized events” that occurred. “I am beyond that and have no need to open old wounds, damage repaired relationships and, above all, soil the legacy of the Notorious BIG. The trailer for ‘Hopelessly in Love’ describes their relationship as “the most controversial love story in hip-hop history” and will air Saturday on Lifetime.
