Rapper DMX is waiting for his sentencing after pleading guilty to tax fraud on $1.7 million in taxes he owes over five years. DMX is looking at five years in prison. His legal team wants to play some of his music in court, hoping to sway the judge. Some of songs reportedly already sent to the judge are “Slippin'” and “The Convo,” as well as other unnamed songs. Sentencing for DMX will be Thursday.
