Trey Songz won’t be facing felony criminal charge for allegedly hitting a woman, because the L.A. District Attorney isn’t buying the victim’s story. Trey’s lawyer gave numerous witness statements to LAPD that contradicted her credibility of what Andrea Buera account of what happen during NBA All-Star Weekend in February. Now the case will be referred to the L.A. City Attorney, who will decide whether or not to charge Trey with the lesser charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.
