Jamie Foxx will not be charged in the 2002 Penis-Slapping incident. A woman accused the Oscar winner of slapping her in the face with his penis. The case has been closed because the statute of limitation of 3 years has run out. So this penis case is closed.

Las Vegas PD tells us … Foxx is in the clear — at least criminally — because the statute of limitations of 3 years has long since run. The case was previously listed as an open investigation. As for a civil suit … nope — the statute of limitations has also run.
