Will & Jade Pinkett Smith names are being brought up in Duane & Tisha Campbell Martin $1.4 million bankruptcy and divorce. According to The Blast the Smiths loaned Duane & Tisha over $1 million and now their names have been brought up because Duane is allegedly being accused of hiding $2.6 million. The trustee alleges that Duane set up Roxe LLC to get ownership of a mansion. After paying $900,000 in 2006 for the home, he then borrowed over a million from the bank for construction on the house. He allegedly defaulted on his loan, then used his company to buy back his home using the money borrowed from Will and Jada. Roxe LLC then owned the home, and Duane and Tisha entered into a deal with their own company to rent the mansion for $5,000 a month.
