Bill Cosby could face up to 30 years in prison. The two day sentencing hearing are under way to determine if Bill Cosby will face the rest of his life in prison or send him home on probation. Back in April, he was convicted on three counts of aggravated felony sexual assault. Monday’s hearing will debate over whether the 81-year-old comedian should be branded a “sexually violent predator,” which would make him subject to mandatory lifetime counseling and community notification of his whereabouts. Pennsylvania state guidelines for someone like Cosby, with no prior convictions, call for about one to four years behind bars. It remained unclear whether Andrea Constand, herself would speak at the sentencing.
