Sheila says she and Denzel are both in there mid 40’s and have been married for 15 years. They never had kids. Sheila says Denzel’s moods have been drastic lately, including angry outbreaks for no reason. When she asked him what was going on, he says that inside he feels like a woman and won’t be happy until he transitions to a female. Sheila is heartbroken. She feels like she’s about to lose her husband and best friend and is looking for advice.
