Rick and Janet dated for almost 3 years before the relationship ended 3 months ago. Rick decided to move on and Janet didn’t take it well. Rick loaned her $1500 a year ago with the agreement that she would pay him back a hundred a month until it was paid back in full. She has only paid him about $500 back and nothing since the breakup. He would like to have the rest as agreed and is seeking advice on getting it back. Should he expect the money back or accept that she may not repay?
