After months of speculation about the half-time perform during the Super Bowl and with artist like Rihanna and Jay-Z rumored to have turned down the gig in support of Colin Kaepernick. The NFL made it the official announcement that Maroon 5, Travis Scott, and Outkast’s Big Boi will be performing during the half-time at the Super Bowl in Atlanta on Feb 3. Other stars, like Michael B. Jordan and Rev. Al Sharpton, expressed their disappointment in Scott’s decision to get on board with the show. Travis reportedly only agreed to perform, if the NFL promised to donate to a social justice organization. The NFL made the official announcement today.
