Will Smith has been subpoena to turn over his financial records and personal emails between him and best friend Duane Martin. According to The Blast.com, the trustee over Duane’s bankruptcy case wants to see all emails between the two discussing Will loaning Duane $1.4 million for the house that’s in question. That house loan is the subject of the fraud lawsuit against Duane.
