Oscar Nominated Director John Singleton has passed away at 51

According to TMZ famed director, John Singleton has passed away at the age of only 51.  Singleton had just returned home from a trip to Costa Rica, where he was said to have experienced some leg pain after going for a jog.

After his return trip home, upon checking into the hospital, The ‘Boyz In The Hood’ director suffered a stroke that ultimately lead to him being in a coma and later succumbing to the stroke.
