There’s good news and bad news for Empire. The good news is ‘Empire’ is renewed for sixth season but the bad news is there’s no plans for Jussie Smollett to return. But really who is surprised about this? Well Fox revealed that Empire would be back but Jussie won’t be a part of the cast for season 6. Jussie was written out of the final two episodes of season 5 after being accused of faking an attack. But as for now there are no plans for Jussie’s character Jamal to return to Empire.
