Usher’s $20 million herpes lawsuit with Laura Helm has been dismissed again, but this time it looks like they reached a settlement. According to TMZ, Laura filed court docs to dismiss her suit earlier this week because she and Usher have “reached an amicable resolution.” How much the resolution will cost Usher and neither side will say what the amicable resolution they reached. And the attorneys for both sides would only repeat that word “amicable.” The dismissal was filed with prejudice which means, Laura can’t refiled, and that’s typically done when there’s been a financial settlement.
