We all knew it and now Lee Daniels has confirmed it. Jussie Smollett will not be returning for the final season of Empire. Nobody’s surprise this announcement. Even after cast member wrote a letter asking the producers to bring Jussie back for the last season. But its official there will be no Jamal on during the final season of Empire.
