After the Trump administration delayed the release of the Harriet Tubman $20 bill the design concept was leaked by the New York Times. The Harriet Tubman $20 bill was originally supposed to be completed by 2020. But last month, the Trump administration, announced the bill’s design would not be completed until 2026, with the money not going into production until 2028. The reason for the delay they are citing security. But there’s speculation that Trump wants his favorite president Andrew Jackson on the front of the $20 and not Harriet Tubman is the real reason for the delay.
