Jennifer Hudson has finally reached a deal to end her years-long battle with ex David Otunga over custody of their son. Behind closed doors for seven hours, Jennifer and her ex worked out the details. This agreement will end the vicious court battle between the exes. Earlier this year, the two were unable to reach a settlement and the court set a trial date of August 5. Now with the new agreement, that means their court date will be taken off the calendar. Great timing, because Jennifer’s new movie “CATS” is about to premiere.
