According to court documents, Usher requested the courts to sealed his and his herpes accuser’s medical records from the public. Usher says he wants previous and current private health diagnoses from one of the women suing him to hand over certain information. He wrote in the docs that he wants them sealed for her protection and any public exposure of her private information could result in significant harm to Jane Doe. The judge has not yet ruled on the filing.
