When is enough going to be enough!  The Galveston police department has found themselves in a situation of having to apologize, after a pic of a handcuffed man, being lead by a rope from mounted officers, goes viral!
What’s more, the police chief of Galveston is BLACK!!  He said, during an interview, that he didn’t think the officers in the photo had any malicious intent… YEAH RIGHT!!
The picture from the arrest has made it’s way to social media and has been shared countless times!. It shows the man, with his hands behind his back, walking between the two horses and the two officers, with one of the officers holding the rope.   Plain crazy!  The man’s family members say he is a homeless father of eight! 
As of now, there is no word of and disciplinary actions being taken against the officers!
