With everyone thinking about getting healthier and losing a few extra weight for the New Year. Jennifer Hudson shares how she has maintain her 80 pound weight loss for years. “Well, I don’t really have time to do much [exercise]. I just watch what I eat. I’m very careful and cautious of what I’m eating and I just try to place those meals throughout the day,” says J-Hud. She started her weight-loss journey as a brand ambassador for Weight Watchers and had gone from a size 16 to a size 6. “I’m at the weight I want to be,” the Oscar winner shares.
