Before there was “Queen Bey”, there was “Queen Bee”… Lil’ Kim. The sassy Brooklyn rapper, discovered by the late Notorious B.I.G., stepped on the scene as the lone female in the group, Junior M.A.F.I.A. in 1994. Her very appropriately titled debut studio album, Hard Core (1996), was certified double platinum and has since sold more than 6 million copies worldwide. She went on to bless us three more solo albums, mixed tapes and numerous TV and movie appearances.
Happy Birthday, Lil’ Kim! We love you! Oh… and let’s not forget about her biggest blessing of all, her beautiful daughter, Royal Reign:)
