According to TMZ, the Jackson estate is claiming that HBO allegedly made some promises that they would not trash the late singer in the upcoming documentary, “Leaving Neverland” and that they signed a contract, that included a non-disparagement agreement with Jackson back in 1992 when the network aired “Michael Jackson Live in Concert in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour.”

The problem the network has created is, there was a provision in the contract,  that basically meant HBO could not make any damaging remarks about the  Performer or any of his team or do anything that may harm or lower the perception of his reputation or public image of performer.

Well, we know that’s not the case in this documentary!  Two men, formally associated with Jackson, released the “Leaving Neverland” documentary at the Sundance Film Festival, alleging abuse at the hands of the king of pop.  The two men claim Jackson sexually molested them as kids
