Looks like we’ll be able to do a little movin’ and shakin’ this weekend! Texas has entered into the second phase of reopening just in time for Memorial Day weekend. As of today,
- Bars are now allowed to reopen at 25% capacity
- Restaurants can increase there occupancy can increase to 50%. Outdoor seating in NOT limited to 50% capacity
- Skating Rinks, Bingo Halls and Bowling Alleys can reopen at 25% capacity
- Zoos, Aquariums and natural caverns can operate at 25% capacity
There are other restrictions like at bars, service will only be provided to seated customers and entertainment facilities are requiring that you stay in groups of 10 people or less. Governor Greg Abbott has encouraged Texans to wear masks when they go out and to practice social distancing.
